This is the 2013 report on the Artist-in-Residence Program administered by Natsukashii Mirai Souzou Co., Ltd., a community regenerationn company based in Rikuzentakata City, Iwate Prefecture. It features activity reports by three invited resident artists—Sioned Huws, Jaime Jesus C. Pacena II, and Leo van der Kleij—along with their profiles, written by Program Director Teiko Hinuma. A DVD containing visual works and soundtracks created by the invited artists based on their own research during their residence in Rikuzentakata is attached to this report. All text in the report in both Japanese and English.
